24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. This fee helps cover the time reserved for you and our staff’s preparation for your appointment.
Right to Reserve Fee: We reserve the right to require a deposit or full payment upfront for certain services or high-demand appointment times. This deposit may be forfeited in case of a late cancellation or no-show.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
